This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with Credit Analysis experience to join a small team in the front office of an International Corporate Bank.

Working within the Bank’s NBFI / FI clients including: Broker Dealers, Insurance firms, PE Funds, Investment Trusts, Asset Managers, the role involves liaising with the group’s relationship managers, assisting them to service clients by providing credit analysis support as well as ongoing client relationship management and development.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years experience in Credit Analysis and looking to transition to a front office role or someone in a institutional finance / origination support role of a bank or consultancy firm, looking for more business relationship management experience.

You must have an understanding of credit products (e.g. Term Loans, RCFs, NAV, SBLC’s), and ideally previous NBFI / FI experience with relationship management and hold a UK VISA as the employer is unable to sponsor candidates.

Our client is one of the world’s leading Global Investment Banks.  They are looking for a VP/ ED to join their Wealth Management Audit Team in the UK, based in London.  As part of a small and talented team of five, you will have responsibility for delivering the audit services, leading risk assessments, developing audit plans and managing their execution and completion.  The role will involve delivering special project services and managing your own client portfolio and relationships across the business groups, as well as managing junior auditors.  The role also offers the opportunity to professionally interact with senior management, whilst keeping abreast of the latest developments in the bank’s environment and business activities of the Group.

You will be a high performing, results orientated individual with a strong audit background, and a track record in Wealth Management.

Requirements:

  • ACA or ACCA with a minimum of 3 years’ experience at VP level in either Wealth Management or Private Banking Audit
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact easily with all levels of personnel, both within internal audit, and the business as a whole.

Our client, an award winning business offering traditional Advisory & Discretionary Investment Management  services to private clients, is seeking an experienced Investment Manager or Relationship Portfolio Manager for a Senior role in their Grampian team.

The role has become available due to a senior team member retiring and consequently there is no requirement to bring in new business as the role will take over an established book of clients. However, new client introductions would be welcomed.

Requirements:

  • Detailed knowledge of all aspects of investments and market sectors.

After a recent period of significant change, they are looking to increase their presence in Scotland, and enlarge the size of the existing Private Client Investment Team. They are consequently seeking an Investment Director to join this expanding team in their Edinburgh Office.

You will originate from an investment background, with experience of dealing directly with High Net Worth individuals, assessing their attitude to risk, whilst working closely with them to address their investment needs. Knowledge and experience of the successful construction and management of tailored investment portfolios from both a discretionary and advisory stance is key, as is direct equity investment experience.

As Head of Investments, you will have the necessary excellent interpersonal and people management skills to enable you to successfully manage the existing team of talented investment managers. The emphasis of this role is on the individual having the key skills, gravitas and ambition to develop and drive the business forward. Ideally, you will bring a significant client base with you but in the absence of this, you will be expected to build an agreed value of assets under management within a five year period.
