The role will involve recruiting for permanent and contract front office technology staff globally. As you develop your sector knowledge and recruitment skills, we will give you exposure to Consultancy work and will support you to generate your own fees within a short period of time, ultimately progressing to a full time Junior Consultancy position.
Whilst previous recruitment or sales experience is preferred, it is not essential. We will provide you with interesting recruitment projects, training, team support and a friendly open office in which you can excel. Front Office Fidessa Developer – London
Our client is looking for a senior Front Office Fidessa Developer who will be responsible for Fidessa platform development and its integration with downstream systems.
You will have in-depth knowledge of Fidessa TOP, CTAC, FDA, FTW and APAS along with experience in Java, or C# (Winforms) & TCL.
Good technical knowledge of Linux and Windows Operating Systems are essential along with a flexible attitude to work and a commitment to achieve deadlines.
Strong database skills as well as exceptional analytical and technical problem solving skills are required.
You should be willing to work on other applications within Front Office and across Fixed Income and Equities and have the ability to work on concurrent projects.
Knowledge of the following is desirable but not essential:
• FIX and FpML messaging
• Front to back flows, electronic trading and order management
• SSRS, SSAS, SSIS

Senior C# Developer
Our client is looking for a highly skilled server-side Developer to join their high performance team delivering state of the art, value adding solutions to their business stakeholders. This position is to work closely with the Fixed Income and Equities eTrading business.
You will have strong C# server-side development background.
Extensive knowledge of .NET Framework 4.0 +, messaging technologies (ideally ZeroMQ and RabbitMQ), SQL, XML and source control systems such as Git and TFS are essential.
Automated testing and CI experience is also desirable.
A ‘can do’ attitude is required along with excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
MSc in Computer Science, Mathematics or Business Science is desirable but not essential.
